We are easy to work with and can be as involved or uninvolved as you would like us to be. We do not restrict your access to our speakers, we simply ask that you allow us the opportunity to connect you with them at your first contact. 

We understand that meeting professionals are now expected to have the same great conferences they have always had, with a much smaller budget to work with.  We are committed to helping you stay within your budget.  We want your event to be a success as much as you do, so that we can gain your trust and have you as a client in the future.  When contacting our office you’ll be assigned to one of us as your planning partner.  Nationally Speaking is a bureau with a personal touch.  We look forward to working with you!

The Nationally Speaking Difference

Nationally Speaking is a speakers bureau that is different in several ways from traditional bureaus.

• Many bureaus only represent speakers who’s fees are $5000 and above. While we do represent several speakers at this level, we also offer you many choices of wonderful speakers for less.
   
• In many cases we can assist you in finding a “local” speaker for your conference location, so that you may save on travel expenses as well! With our current economy, we know that conference budgets are being cut dramatically.  It is our goal to find you a speaker that will make your event a success, while saving you money at the same time.
   
• We do not limit your access to our speakers. In order to track our success, we ask that you contact us first. Then once we’ve had the opportunity to learn about your event, you have the option to contact the speakers directly at two stages of your planning process:
  • During the selection process: Once you have your decision narrowed between two or three speakers, if you would like to talk with them about their programs, we will arrange that for you!
     
  • After you’ve made your decision, there will be no middle man exchanges and phone tag. You can work out the final details such as the contract, AV needs, etc… directly with the speaker’s office to avoid any confusion or misinterpretation.
     
  • OR… we can stay involved in these processes if you would like.

  Whatever is best for you, that is what we will do. We can be as involved or as un-involved as you want us to be in your selection and confirmation process.

• Our speaker pages have extensive descriptions. We have had our speakers answer the questions we believe you would ask when making your selection. This information is listed on their individual speaker page.  The top three reasons to hire them and who their target audience is, are some of the things you’ll learn by reviewing a speaker’s page.  When in a time crunch, some planners have even used these pages and our recommendations for their sole information in making their final decision, not needing to wait for promotional packets, etc.
